The Town of Conewango is located on the western boundary of the Enchanted Mountains of Cattaraugus County. The west town line is the border of Chautauqua County.

The format was adjusted so no there are two sessions in order to allow guests to have more space in the lodge. The first session is 1pm - 4pm and the second is 5pm - 8pm.
In Cattaraugus County, anglers have access to lakes that provide good angling for Trout, Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass, Panfish, and some Northern Pike.
Ellicottville was named in honor of Joseph Ellicott, an agent of the Holland Land Company, was formed from Ischua in 1820. A portion of Ashford and East Otto were taken in 1824, and 1858 respectively.

Cotton candy, fried food, rides, animal shows, and live entertainment, are all available at the Cattauragus County Fair. Make plans to catch the demolition derby, monster trucks, or a concert. Have some good old fashioned fun! The fair is held yearly, the first week in August.
